An explosive barrel stands in the middle of the small island in GM Construct. Clover narrates ah, yes, the explosive barrel, a universal symbol in modern video games, the tool of champions, the disperser of large groups of enemies, the thing that's gonna kill him a lot. Today, Clover explains, we shall experiment on how long an explosive barrel can remain un-exploded on random Garry's Mod online servers, may God be with the barrels on this fateful day. Clover exemplifies a few cases of exploded barrels and their time to explosion: 13 seconds, 8 seconds, 15 seconds, 9 seconds. Clover then tests to see what happens if we turn the barrel a different color, painting an explosive barrel, usually red, in pure white. As it turns out, a full minute and counting passes and nobody had blown up the barrel. Clover theorizes they don't have extrasensory barrel perception, they just like to shoot red-colored barrels.

Clover tries standing directly on a red explosive barrel to see what happens. It takes 4 seconds for someone to explode it. Clover tests having a mountain of barrels, then, as one is set alight, he realizes his error and says whoa, wait, but it is too late. Garry's Mod crashes to desktop. The end.
