JeffEpisode #44: Back To The Future Present, Part 4

Jeff is drinking a soda in a café in downtown 1996. He notices Jen approaching and asks where she went. She tells him she went clothes shopping as she reveals new black pants and a purple sweater. Jeff tosses away a can into the trash as he asks Jennifer if she's seen John or Jerry around. Jeff then notices both approaching and Jerry tells them he and John got new fonts. Jeff asks where the heck they could have gotten new fonts and Jerry points at a nearby Fonts R Us. He then tells John with a smirk to tell Jeff and Jen where he got his new font. John looks awkward as he tries to explain.

Meanwhile, back in the future, the civilian who accidentally used the TARDIS to travel back is running away from antlions when he realizes his font has changed. The antlions catch up with him and attack. Meanwhile, back in 1996, Jeff realizes something and asks the rest where they found the money for the new things. Both Jennifer and Jerry recall in their minds leaving the shops as the clerks told them they need to pay for that. John thinks about a man with a gun living in a trashcan.

The Asian clerk of the café Jeff was at then asks Jeff when he's going to pay for his meal. Jeff hesitates for a moment, then runs away. The clerk turns to Jeff's friends and asks them if they're going to pick up his check. They stare at each other for a moment, then run away as well. To be continued again.
