It's Spring break. In California, a big group of people are partying near a body of water, cheerfully asking to see girls topless and drinking. Meanwhile, in Canada, Jeff and Jerry are sitting on steps during a heavy snowstorm. Jeff tries to drink from a bottle then mumbles ah, shit. Jerry asks what's happening and Jeff explains his tongue is stuck to the bottle from the cold. The end.
