The PoB/CR-O WarPart 33 (by Mythos)

A bunch of melons are lying on the highway for some reason. Suddenly, a car runs into them, destroying the melons, as a videogame-style message pops up declaring a melon explosion bonus of negative 48 dollars, because someone has to pay for them.

The car is a blue sports car. Nemi is happily peeking out of the window as it drives down the highway. From inside, the driver tells Nemi to stop doing that. Nemi tells the driver, Delirium, to calm down, and asks what's the worst that could happen. Delirium points out he knows as well as him that Cheap Rip-Off is looking for them and they need to stay low. Nemi asks if running over melons is staying low and Delirium tells him that's different, because the melons were asking for it. Nemi asks him where they're going.

Delirium tells Nemi they are going to pick up Mythos. Meanwhile, Mythos is at his house working on a comic. He tells himself he really needs to finish this thing soon, because he's been stuck on it for three weeks. Behind him, Jim is peering out of a door frame.

Mythos feels someone watching him and turns around, but finds no one there. He complains to himself that now he's not only speaking to himself, but also imagining things. He then notices a door next to him that wasn't there before. He stares at the door and Jim lurks out of him, asking him what.

Meanwhile, Delirium and Nemi are still driving on the highway. Nemi points out to Delirium that he has a feeling they are being followed. Nemi looks out the window and says oh bollocks in shock. He tells Delirium it's them. A black and red racing car is driving behind them, with Looshkin looking out the window aiming a gun at them. End of part 33.
