Looshkin is exiting a building to a war-torn street when German soldiers surround him. He asks the soldiers if this is how it's going to be and one of them tells him that if he starts a war, he must be prepared for both victory and defeat. The soldier explains that Germantrooper sided with Phenomena on Break because they asked, and that if Looshkin had asked first, perhaps things would be different. The soldier reiterates Germantrooper's respect for Looshkin and continues by telling him this war will come to an end, either through peaceful talks or fanatic ruthlessness, but until that's decided, Looshkin is coming with them. End of part 36.
