We open inside the subconscious of Annie, also known as Animatedcorpse, on February 12. We see Annie performing oral sex on a woman, only for the comic to reveal that the woman has AJ Rimmer's face. Animatedcorpse wakes up screaming. At Rimmer's apartment a day later, while AJ Rimmer sits looking sad, Animatedcorpse greets him and, with an awkward look, tells him she hasn't been getting any lately and it's really starting to mess with her head. He replies he knows what she means and that he would hate to spend this Valentine's Day wanking to obese dwarf porn like usual. Animatedcorpse then awkwardly asks him how he would feel about bumping this up to a friends with benefits type of deal. Rimmer turns around to look at her and, after stating that he's not against the idea as such, asks her if she isn't gay. Animatedcorpse replies yeah, but points out he has a girly voice, so he can wear a wig and she can pretend he's got a strap-on. He asks what if it gets weird and Annie rhethorically asks weirder than this, then what's the worst that can happen. Cut to a graveyard full of zombies as a message states that this Valentine's day, the dead will walk the Earth, in search of dates, to be continued. The end.

In a message from AJ Rimmer, he greets the reader and says he has a short announcement. He dedicates this year's Worse than Life Valentine's Day episode to Animatedcorpse, also known as Annie and his best friend of ten years, Tanya, who just over a month before had told Rimmer she loved him. Rimmer notes that him spending Valentine's Day with anyone, much less someone he has loved deeply and madly for almost three years is not something Nature could allow, hence the slowly forming zombie uprising outside, but before they launch into the exciting continuation of the zombie war, which will include gun battles, a helicopter and boob shots, he just wanted to set the record straight. Rimmer declares that he loves Tanya and always has. He starts to say that she is the only woman who has ever made him feel, but then cuts off as he sees Animatedcorpse walking in. Animatedcorpse notes that he said he was going to get guns, and Rimmer awkwardly replies he just thought he should let the readers know what was going on. Animatedcorpse stares at the camera then back at Rimmer, noting that, by consummating their relationship, they have angered the Gods, the dead are rising and this could be the end of Humanity as they know it. Rimmer fumbles as he says that he knows, it's just that he wanted to tell everyone how much he loved her. Animatedcorpse stares him down, then calls him a fucking woman. He replies fine, go to hell, then she orders him to get the guns and he leaves to grab the guns, but not before calling her a bitch. She calls out to not just get the small ones because they're easy to carry. Animatedcorpse stands there for a moment, then under her breath says she loves him, too. The end.
