Composed of three series that lasted from 2006 up to 2010, Living in City 17 began as a pastiche of Chris Livingston’s seminal Concerned series but grew to become its own thing, a surrealistic Half-Life 2 comic about Frank Byrne and Steve, two men who find themselves in increasingly insane situations and meet a variety of colorful characters while living in City 17.
