A citizen is walking towards the entrance to his apartment block when a Civil Protection officer blocks his path, then asks if he can guess what time it is. The citizen asks why, then asks what time it is.

The officer tells him it's a very special time. Excited, the citizen asks really, then what it is and insists the cop tell him. The officer asks if he's sure he wants to know. The citizen jumps up and down excitedly, shouting yes and asking him to please tell him. The officer strikes a pose and tells him it's his beating time, oh boy. Cut to the citizen walking past laughing citizens at the City 17 plaza, an electric noise following him as he moans in pain. A Combine stun stick is shoved up his behind as he states matter-of-factly that he has gotta stop falling for that one. The end.
