Somewhere in City 17, a Combine Strider approaches. Lucy, hiding behind rubble, sees it and asks what they're going to do. A man walks past her towards the Strider telling her to never fear, he is here. She gasps and recognizes him with a wide grin. He says indeed, it is I...
The man, a thin man with a big moustache, identifies himself as Hercool Cabbage and declares proudly he is here to save the day. He stares down the Strider and says the odds almost don't seem fair for the Strider. He winds back a punch and says he has just the thing.
Hercool Cabbage launches into the air fist first, shouting with a confident smile that he's going to break its stride. He punches the titanic Strider so hard it bursts open, revealing its brain.
The remains of the Strider fall to the ground as Hercool Cabbage holds its brain and says with a smile he doubts it'll be able to walk that one off. Lucy appears and grabs hold of his arm, saying my hero. Hercool Cabbage smiles at her and tells her not to count her chickens quite yet, they're still in the thick of it. He points at the massive Citadel in City 17 and says that bloody bastard Breen is still clinging to his ivory tower like a bad smell. Hercool Cabbage raises his arm and tells Lucy to not get her knickers in a twist, he's got a mate who will lend them a hand. He snaps his fingers.
The G-Man appears, arms behind his back. Hercool Cabbage calls him his trusty G-Manservant. G-Man calls him sir and asks if he called, to which Hercool Cabbage replies quite right, in fact, he needs a ride. Later, within the Citadel, Doctor Wallace Breen is deep in thought when he hears a noise coming from outside. He goes to check it and, alarmed, shouts an expletive.
The Citadel explodes spectacularly as Hercool Cabbage flies off on top of a flying G-Man, Lucy holding onto Hercool Cabbage's left arm with a loving smile while the right arm holds a screaming Doctor Breen. The end.
