Hello! Yes, it’s me, Mythos, almost two years since I took a step back from Metrocop. And yes, I can see it’s been a while since the last actual update to Metrocop. What can I say, we’re all old and busy!
But this isn’t the time for excuses. No, today is special, because an icon is finally returning, and I don’t mean me.
Hercule Cubbage is back!
That’s right, the seventh chapter of my The Adventures of Hercule Cubbage series that debuted all the way back in 2012 is finally here, only a short eight years since the last chapter (bet you didn’t even notice the time fly).
Without further ado, bask in the glory of our greatest hero’s unlikely return in this hour of need, knowing a new golden age is coming:

Update: if somehow you caught this on the day of release, congratulations! Hope the bait and switch was as fun for you as it was for me to make. Doing another installment of the (Mis)Adventures of Hercool Cabbage, the handsome and overpowered recasting of Hercule Cubbage, was an old idea I finally got to do. I also went and finally added the original April Fools’ joke from 2014 to the archive.
As for whether this means Metrocop is back… maybe, kind of? I know some people are working on more comics to add to Metrocop and I have a couple of mine from the last two years I haven’t yet added to the archive. Time is very stretched thin but I might do a few more short comics just for fun from time to time, so be sure to come by for a look every now and then. Thanks for reading!
